Krajina za okny na\u0161eho slu\u017eebn\u00edho vozu se postupn\u011b m\u011bnila a\u017e jsme dojely k&nbsp;zelen\u00fdm holandsk\u00fdm pl\u00e1n\u00edm. Cesta n\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b ub\u011bhla a byl \u010das se ubytovat v&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 destinaci \u2013 Meppel\u2019s Inn. Je\u0161t\u011b t\u00e9ho\u017e ve\u010dera jsme se setkaly se z\u00e1stupci Nadace pro spolupr\u00e1ci m\u011bst Meppel \u2013 Most. Nave\u010der jsme stihly proj\u00edt nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed okol\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s na prvn\u00ed pohled doslova okouzlilo.<\/p>\n<p>V&nbsp;r\u00e1mci prvn\u00edho pracovn\u00edho dne mobility jsme m\u011bly mo\u017enost sezn\u00e1mit se s holandsk\u00fdm&nbsp;vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm syst\u00e9mem, \u0159adou m\u00edstn\u00edch pedagog\u016f, ale i zapojit se do v\u00fduky na Drenthe College. Vzhledem k&nbsp;p\u0159ipraven\u00e9mu programu m\u011bly v\u0161echny na\u0161e pracovn\u00ed dny podobn\u00fd charakter. St\u00ednov\u00e1n\u00ed prob\u00edhalo v&nbsp;teoretick\u00e9 i praktick\u00e9 v\u00fduce zdravotnick\u00fdch a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f v&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch i \u00farovn\u00edch student\u016f. D\u00edky st\u00ednov\u00e1n\u00ed jsme m\u011bly p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost sledovat nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pedagogick\u00e9 postupy, metody \u010di vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed ve v\u00fduce. M\u011bly jsme mo\u017enost b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edtomny mnoha praktick\u00fdm i teoretick\u00fdm hodin\u00e1m o\u0161et\u0159ovatelstv\u00ed, d\u00e1le kurzu psychologie a komunikace, ale i nap\u0159. v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9 v\u00fdchov\u011b, kde se soci\u00e1ln\u00ed obory u\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ci s&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly jako formu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed senior\u016f. Rovn\u011b\u017e to byla vhodn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost pro rozhovory s&nbsp;pedagogy i studenty a vz\u00e1jemnou v\u00fdm\u011bnu zku\u0161enost\u00ed. V&nbsp;neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b jsme byly sezn\u00e1meny se zp\u016fsobem hodnocen\u00ed a zkou\u0161en\u00ed student\u016f. Velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 pro n\u00e1s bylo t\u00e9\u017e srovn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupu samotn\u00fdch student\u016f k&nbsp;v\u00fduce v&nbsp;\u010cR a Holandsku, d\u00e1le vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch odborn\u00fdch v\u00fdukov\u00fdch pom\u016fcek \u010di pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed jednotn\u00fdch standard\u016f o\u0161et\u0159ovatelsk\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de a n\u00e1cvik dovednost\u00ed podle nich.<\/p>\n<p>Voln\u00e9 odpoledn\u00ed hodiny jsme pak v\u011bnovaly pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed centra m\u011bsta, pam\u00e1tek a neodolaly jsme ani ochutn\u00e1vce m\u00edstn\u00ed kuchyn\u011b. Na\u0161i pr\u016fvodci n\u00e1m rovn\u011b\u017e zprost\u0159edkovali prohl\u00eddku n\u011bkolika vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch instituc\u00ed a zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo v&nbsp;Meppelu i jeho bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed. Nav\u0161t\u00edvily jsme domov pro ment\u00e1ln\u011b handicapovan\u00e9 \u2013 De Reiger, m\u00edstn\u00ed katolick\u00fd kostel, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 jako komunitn\u00ed centrum, nebo mate\u0159skou a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kolu Kornalijn. V&nbsp;odpoledn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch jsme nav\u0161t\u00edvili i domov pro seniory a pro pacienty s&nbsp;demenc\u00ed v&nbsp;bl\u00edzk\u00e9m m\u011bste\u010dku Steenwijk, kter\u00e9 z\u00e1rove\u0148 slou\u017e\u00ed jako v\u00fdukov\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b zdravotnick\u00fdch obor\u016f Drenthe College. Kr\u00e1sn\u00fdm kulturn\u00edm z\u00e1\u017eitkem byla tak\u00e9 ve\u010dern\u00ed komentovan\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka muzea, kter\u00e9 vzniklo v&nbsp;budov\u011b star\u00e9 radnice. Posledn\u00ed odpoledne n\u00e1s \u010dekal kouzeln\u00fd, i kdy\u017e trochu v\u011btrn\u00fd, v\u00fdlet do Giethoornu, ne nadarmo p\u0159ezd\u00edvan\u00e9ho jako \u201eholandsk\u00e9 Ben\u00e1tky\u201c, a plavba lodi\u010dkou po m\u00edstn\u00edch kan\u00e1lech.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu holandsk\u00e9ho Meppelu jsme zakon\u010dili p\u0159\u00edjemnou pracovn\u00ed ve\u010de\u0159\u00ed s&nbsp;na\u0161imi pr\u016fvodci i p\u0159edstaviteli organizace. P\u0159edm\u011btem ve\u010dern\u00ed konverzace bylo mimo jin\u00e9 zhodnocen\u00ed na\u0161eho pobytu i budouc\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v Holandsku<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edn\u011b je nutn\u00e9 podotknout, \u017ee vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m v&nbsp;Holandsku se od toho, kter\u00fd zn\u00e1me, zna\u010dn\u011b odli\u0161uje. \u0160koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zka je v&nbsp;Holandsku povinn\u00e1 do \u0161estn\u00e1cti let a je rozd\u011blena do n\u011bkolika stup\u0148\u016f: <strong>preprim\u00e1rn\u00ed<\/strong> (2-4 roky), <strong>prim\u00e1rn\u00ed<\/strong> (4\/5 \u2013 12 let), <strong>sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed<\/strong> (12 \u2013 16\/18 let), <strong>terci\u00e1rn\u00ed<\/strong> vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. Sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed se p\u0159itom d\u011bl\u00ed do r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1ci jsou zapisov\u00e1ni na z\u00e1klad\u011b sv\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bl\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 st\u0159edn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed (<strong>VMBO<\/strong>), kter\u00e9 kombinuje praktick\u00e9 a teoretick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, d\u00e1le vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed (<strong>HAVO<\/strong>), kter\u00e9 zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u00ed student\u016fm \u00farove\u0148 <strong>HBO<\/strong> (vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed) a kone\u010dn\u011b p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed (<strong>VWO<\/strong>), kter\u00e9 je p\u0159\u00edpravou pro budouc\u00ed studium na univerzit\u011b (<strong>WO<\/strong>). Jednotliv\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b sekund\u00e1rn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nejsou vz\u00e1jemn\u011b prostupn\u00e9, jak jsme zvykl\u00ed, ale nab\u00edz\u00ed jistou formu \u201en\u00e1stavbov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, aby studenti mohli p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pokro\u010dit na dal\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V&nbsp;r\u00e1mci holandsk\u00e9ho sekund\u00e1rn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 neexistuje maturitn\u00ed zkou\u0161ka, jak ji zn\u00e1me. Studenti holandsk\u00fdch st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol ov\u0161em skl\u00e1daj\u00ed povinnou zkou\u0161ku z&nbsp;matematiky a holand\u0161tiny (na vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch \u00farovn\u00edch rovn\u011b\u017e z&nbsp;angli\u010dtiny) v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu sv\u00e9ho studia, a to ve chv\u00edli, kdy se na ni c\u00edt\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159ipraven\u00ed. Obecn\u011b je vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;Holandsku v\u00fdrazn\u011b individualizovan\u00e9, a nadto p\u016fsob\u00ed \u010dasto velmi neform\u00e1ln\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Zna\u010dn\u00fd rozd\u00edl je i v&nbsp;hodnocen\u00ed student\u016f. V&nbsp;holandsk\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm syst\u00e9mu toti\u017e nejsou studenti hodnocen\u00ed v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu v\u00fduky zn\u00e1mkami jako v&nbsp;\u010cech\u00e1ch. Cel\u00fd \u0161koln\u00ed rok je rozd\u011blen do \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed po deseti t\u00fddnech, v&nbsp;nich\u017e prob\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00fduka a jeden t\u00fdden je vyhrazen pro slo\u017een\u00ed zkou\u0161ek z&nbsp;jednotliv\u00fdch vyu\u010dovan\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f. B\u011bhem v\u00fduky dan\u00e9ho p\u0159edm\u011btu tak dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed studenti zp\u011btnou vazbu od u\u010ditel\u016f v\u00fdhradn\u011b prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm slovn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161la by se i \u0159ada dal\u0161\u00edch rozd\u00edl\u016f. V\u011bt\u0161ina student\u016f se do \u0161koly dopravuje na kole, a to nejen d\u00edky v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9mu rovn\u00e9mu ter\u00e9nu, ale i kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina student\u016f nav\u0161t\u011bvuje \u0161kolu ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed. B\u011bhem rozhovor\u016f s&nbsp;m\u00edstn\u00edmi u\u010diteli a studenty jsme se dozv\u011bd\u011bly, \u017ee v&nbsp;Holandsku nejsou b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 ubytovac\u00ed slu\u017eby (intern\u00e1ty) pro studenty naopak jsou v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b nab\u00edzeny pouze student\u016fm, jejich\u017e rodi\u010de pracuj\u00ed na lod\u00edch. Nem\u00e9n\u011b fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed pro n\u00e1s bylo sledovat vyu\u017eit\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed ve v\u00fduce. Krom interaktivn\u00edch tabul\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 i u n\u00e1s, jsme se setkaly s&nbsp;vysokou m\u00edrou vyu\u017eit\u00ed vlastn\u00edch notebook\u016f\/tablet\u016f, kter\u00e9 si studenti nos\u00ed do v\u00fduky a spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;jejich vyu\u017eit\u00edm vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159. prezentace nebo pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed digitalizovan\u00e9 verze u\u010debnic. Digitalizace ov\u0161em nen\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 pouze ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ale i ve zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, kde nap\u0159. klasick\u00e9 pap\u00edrov\u00e9 karty pacient\u016f ji\u017e neexistuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u0161lo si nev\u0161imnout i jist\u00fdch podobnost\u00ed mezi na\u0161\u00edm a holandsk\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Stejn\u011b jako u n\u00e1s tvo\u0159\u00ed studenti t\u0159\u00eddy pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b po 25 studentech a na n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty b\u00fdvaj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e rozd\u011bleni na polovinu. T\u0159\u00eddy byly podobn\u011b vybaveny a stejn\u011b jako u n\u00e1s se u student\u016f zdravotn\u00edch obor\u016f klade d\u016fraz na z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a zku\u0161enost\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo z&nbsp;praxe.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e1dy bychom pod\u011bkovali v\u0161em z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdm za bezvadnou organizaci a p\u0159\u00edjemnou atmosf\u00e9ru v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu cel\u00e9ho na\u0161eho pobytu v&nbsp;Meppelu.
